Neck Wrap - unscented

INSTRUCTIONS

Warm pillow in microwave for 1 minute. Shake pillow and heat for a further few seconds if needed. May also be heated in a slow cooker on low or warm setting.  Store in freezer for cold therapy.  *microwave times may vary
